Arnav: Disney’s Aladdin Musical begins its North American Tour right here in the 315. The tour–which takes places across 19 cities–provides Syracuse residents with a live Broadway Experience featuring actors right from the original Broadway show.

Syracuse resident Juliette Daigneault explains that this show is one that provides nostalgia to her childhood.

Juliette Daigneault: ” Growing up, aladdin was always one of my favorite disney movies, because Princess Jasmine was super empowering. So, seeing the broadway show here will be a pretty inspiring experience ”

Arnav: Daigneault plans to attend the show with her family and friends. She notes that a real broadway show is not a common occurance in Syracuse.

Juliette Daigneault: ” I’ve never seen a lot of live plays or shows before, so being able to go see this show is a pretty exciting opportunity, especially being so close to Syracuse ”

Arnav: Disney’s Aladdin has 8 shows planned from Wednesday to Sunday this week. Tickets are available online or in-person at the Landmark Theater Box Office.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (NCC News) — Disney’s “Aladdin” sweeps through the 315 as the Disney North American Tour kicks off its journey right here in Syracuse. Spanning across 19 cities, the tour features actors straight from the original Broadway show.

For Syracuse local Juliette Daigneault, “Aladdin” isn’t just another show; it’s a gateway to childhood memories.

For her, the arrival of a real Broadway production in Syracuse is a noticeable event event.
