By Casey Buscher SYRACUSE, N.Y. (NCC News) — Warmer weather means food trucks  have taken over the Downtown Syracuse area.

On Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. food trucks fill Clinton Square. The Food Truck Rally is for residents and Downtown Syracuse employees to relax and eat lunch on their breaks.

Restaurants in the area rotate each week to be in the Food Truck Rally. Six trucks are a part of the event each week.

One employee at the event, Wolf Gang Dwyer, says the scene is “like a party atmosphere. Everybody gets a lunch and they get good food because the food trucks are trying to give their best food out that they can.”

The food trucks will be out in Clinton Square until September and possibly longer if the weather allows.
