Holiday Spending at All Time High Winter Shopping Is At An All Time High

Syracuse, NY (NCC News) – Winter holiday shopping gets bigger and bigger every year. Vanessa Pantusa, a Ross assistant buyer, says that for companies to make the most money they start putting out holiday items early. Around the end of October into the early part of November, many stores begin to display Holiday items.

This upcoming holiday is predicted to be the biggest Winter shopping season yet. The National Retail Federation forecasts that this year’s winter shopping total will be around $966 billion. That is a 4% increase over 2022’s holiday spending. Each year for more than a decade has had higher holiday sales than the previous year.
