SYRACUSE, N.Y. (N.C.C. News) — Jeeps at the Beach held its annual Jeep show this past Saturday.
They had so much fun, they’re doing it again August 20 at Sylvan Beach.
Volunteer staffer Johnna Patrick says she looks forward to the event every year.
“It’s been probably 10 years since we’ve been attending the event.” Patrick says. “But this was the first year that we were actually able to donate not only money and monetary items, and stuff, but our time.”
The event donates all the proceeds to Upstate Golisano Children’s Hospital. This year, they are focusing on donating the money to the hospital’s mental health suite.
First time attendee Logan Hardy says this might be her first show, but it won’t be her last.
“The crowd of people is great.” Hardy says, “Everybody’s really friendly. Just the Jeep culture in general is really fun.”
