Fortunately, for those living in the Upstate New York area, the National Grid says residents can expect to see lower heating costs this winter.

Residents who heat their homes with natural gas can expect to save around $31 from Nov.1 to March 31st, with monthly electricity bills being reduced by around $6 to $8 compared to that of last winter.
