ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. (NCC News) — A major CNY grocery chain is recalling one of its ice products after discovering a “potential presence of foreign material.”
Wegmans announced Monday their store-brand, seven-pound bags of ice may contain metal shavings.
The affected product can be identified by the following:
- The item’s U.P.C. barcode is 0-77890-42446-9.
- There are two specific lot codes also printed on the products:
- “ROC 100”
- “ROC 104”
If you’ve recently purchased a seven-pound bag of ice from Wegmans meeting these specifications, you may return the product for a full refund.
