Tawny Davis: THIS IS YOUR NCC NEWSBRIEF. ITS JUNE 14TH. IM TAWNY DAVIS. THE HOURS FOR EARLY VOTING ARE NOW EXPANDED IN CENTRAL NEW YORK.
ELECTIONS COMMISSIONER DUSTIN CZARNY SAYS THAT BECAUSE OF THE EXTRA HOURS, MORE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN COMING TO VOTE DURING THE WEEKDAYS.
Dustin Czarny: DURING THE LAST COUPLE OF CYCLES, THE WEEKDAY EARLY VOTINGS HAS BEEN BUSY AND I THINK ITS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A FULL EIGHT HOURS.
Davis: RESIDENTS CAN NOW VOTE BETWEEN 10 A.M. AND 6 P.M. TODAY AT ANY OF THE EARLY VOTING SITES.
Davis: ONONDAGA COUNTY AND ONONDAGA COMMUNITY COLLEGE OPENED A CAREER FAIR TODAY TO THE PUBLIC.
ANDY BOUCOUNIS, THE CREATOR OF THE FAIR SAYS THAT WHILE EMPLOYEE NUMBERS WERE DOWN, THEY ARE SEEING AN INCREASE.
Andy Boucounis: WE PERSONALLY AT THE WORST POINT WERE DOWN 70 PERCENT IN SALES, I MEAN WE HAD 21 EMPLOYEES. WE WENT AS LOW AS SEVEN OR EIGHT EMPLOYEES AND NOW UP TO 15 AND HOPEFULLY BACK UP TO 20 AGAIN.
Davis: THE FAIR RUNS FROM 11 A.M TO 3 P.M. AT THE SRC ARENA.
Davis: ABLE 2 DRIVING SCHOOL IS NOW OPERATING IN PERSON FOR ITS 5 HOUR PRE-LICENSE COURSE.
JASON ROCKWELL, CO-OWNER OF THE BUSINESS SAYS THEY HAVE BEEN BUSY SINCE NEW YORK STATE EXPANDED IT REOPENING GUIDELINES AND WELCOMES THE RUSH OF NEW DRIVERS BUT WARNS OF THE TIME IT WILL TAKE TO GET A SPOT.
Jason Rockwell: A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT CALL, IT THEY WANT TO GET A PRIVATE LESSON I HAVE TO TELL THEM I PROBABLY CAN’T GET YOU STARTED FOR THREE MAYBE FOUR WEEKS.
Davis: ROCKWELL EXPAINS THAT THIS IS DUE TO PEOPLE NOT GETTING THEIR LICENSE LAST YEAR BUT PROMISES TO WORK WITH THEM TO GET THEM THE NEXT AVAILABLE CLASS.

Syracuse N.Y. (NCC News) — Early voting hours expanded throughout Onondaga County. Voting Commissioner Dustin Czarny says voter turnout has gone up because of those hours.
Meanwhile, a career fair today hopes to increase employment throughout the city. Andy Boucounis, the creator of the fair, says that there has been a slight increase in employees.
Able 2 Driving School is now operating in person, but it may take a while before people can get an appointment.
