MUNN: Here are your top stories today on NCC News. Donald Trump appeared in court in Miami for his arraignment today. These charges are for mishandling of federal documents and are in not in relation to the business fraud crimes Trump was charged for earlier this year.

STRIANO: With school out, many Syracuse kids need to find something to do over the summer. One thing they could take up is boxing. Find out how this boxing gym is trying to keep the kids healthy this summer later on NCC News.

ATHAN CIRMEM: “I’ll have a lot more time for it, and I heard there was an event in September because, you know, I would love to go.”

MUNN: In local news, The Great Northern Mall was once abandoned and now bought out. It’ll be turned into a town center in Clay. More on that story on NCC News. And today in weather, we have our weather person Isabel Flores in today. Isabel, it was really wet yesterday. So, how’s the weather looking like today?

ISABEL FLORES: Well Tyger, you know, it’s actually really funny that you say that because right now it’s actually looking pretty dry outside. However, this evening is when the chance of precipitation is actually going to go up to 30 percent and the clouds are actually gonna start coming in as well.

STRIANO: Isabel, what does the rest of the week look like?

FLORES: Well, Jeremy, you’re not gonna like this. The rest of the week is actually looking pretty wet. Just like yesterday, actually, Friday has the highest chance of precipitation, looking at 60%.

MUNN: Later we have sports on NCC News, and right now we have Saral Khare in with us now to talk a little bit about that. Saral, how did the NBA finals play out for you?

SARAL KHARE: Well, the Denver Nuggets won their first championship in franchise history in Nikola Jokic. Capped off an amazing post-season with averaging 30 points, 13 rebounds, and nine and a half assists.

STRIANO: Now Saral, we will transition from the hardwood to the clay. Give us your reaction to the French Open and how that played out.

KHARE: Well, Novak Djokovic, he also capped off an amazing tennis performance. He won three straight sets against Casper Rudd and he won his 23rd Grand Slam title Breaking Rafael Nadal’s record.
