Tensions were high at the County Executive Debate earlier today..
The candidates included current county executive Ryan McMahon and challenger Tony Malavenda…
A key topic discussed included the mystery surrounding the Cicero warehouse tenant
There was also criticism about Malavenda’s targeted advertising..

The Landmark Theatre is receiving $2 million dollars to upgrade seating and to fix its marquee.
Assemblyman William Magnarelli secured the funds for the theatre.
SOT:
“For both projects, and then all the ancillary projects that surround them is about $2.5 million. So we got about 80-percent of our funding. We’ll be seeking support from the community, grant funding from foundations to meet the goal. I’m very optimistic this is going to generate a lot of enthusiasm.”

Both of these projects should be completed by the summer of 2020..
Remembrance Week at Syracuse University continues today with the Mirror Me event held in Bird Library…
The event is designed to humanize, reflect on, and draw similarities to the 35 students who died in the bombing of Pan Am 103..
