A new Syracuse apartment building has delayed its opening move in date by two days. Residents of The Coda that agreed to the new start date will be issued a $750 credit, residents were told by The Coda Officials. The Coda Official Representative John Hoover gave reasons for the delay.
“Yeah, it’s a two day delay on most of the units, and we will have SEO and everything on schedule. A bit planned. It’s just the commissioning of the HVAC systems and final clean and just making sure that it’s, you know, truly a polished gem when people move in.”
Hoover hopes the Kota can be a great spot for all walks of Syracuse life.
“I think we’re a great offering or both student and doctorate and MD and residency and young professionals and empty nesters. We run the gambit.”
All The Coda units are available for move-in August 3.
