By Troy Rose, SYRACUSE, N.Y. (NCC News) – Vaping has continued to raise questions and concerns for users as deaths slowly accumulate throughout the U.S.

Research has shown that lung disease tied to vaping has taken the lives of individuals not aware of the circumstances.

According to C-N-N, a total of 14 deaths have been connected to vape and this has users second guessing if this habit is worth continuing.

Michigan State University student and vape user Kenny Lane has been vaping a little over three years and now finds it a part of his daily routine.

“It started off as not serious then it grew to be a bad habit of mine.”

The easy access for users to obtain vape products became a lead reason for individuals like Lane become addicted.

“It was so accessible to anybody, especially the younger generation, it was very common.”

As the younger generation gravitates towards vaping, Lane has set a plan to kick the habit and move forward to help others become aware of the harm.

“Don’t do it, think about the bigger picture. It’s a waste of time and money…if it’s not beneficial its artificial.”

States like  New York, California, Colorado and more have begin banning vape and e-Cigarettes.
