Syracuse, N.Y. (NCC News) – A local law enforcement officer was honored today after 50 years of service to the community.
Captain John Brennan was recognized at the Public Safety Building in Syracuse today for his service to the Syracuse Police Department. Brennan served in many roles throughout his time, including work for the Cold Case Squad and the Gang Task Force.
“I’m just really honored to be here,” Brennan said. “It’s been a great fifty years. I could do another ten to fifteen more probably. I would love to, but I’d probably be divorced.”
