Some acts of kindness are the simplest.

You can give up your seat on the bus.

Donate unwanted clothes.

Donate food to your local pantry.

Pay it forward at your local coffee shop.

Or tip your cashiers for their service.

So how do you spread kindness to the world?

Nina Bendo: I try to spread kindness by smiling at anybody I pass by to make them know that they are still nice people in the world, especially old people.

Abby Cheng: I share kindness by getting my friends coffee sometimes.
