SYRACUSE, N.Y. (NCC News) – Some Syracuse University students want more food options on campus.
Students are dissatisfied with the limited food choices and are searching for more places to eat.
Hanchi Li, a first-year master’s student majoring in Advertising wants more restaurants that reflect her ethnicity.
“As a Chinese student, I don’t think that there’s lots of options for me to eat some spicy food or Asian food,” said Li.
David Liscum, a first-year master’s student majoring in Television, Radio, and Film is concerned about the quality of the food.
“I kind of do wish that there were a few more options for people that are like looking to have more healthier options,” said Liscum.
Li is also looking for healthier options.
“I would prefer more cooked food rather than some fast food like hamburgers or something like that,” said Li.
In the fall, Syracuse University will be updating its dining options in the Goldstein Student Center and Skytop Marketplace.
