SYRACUSE, N.Y. (NCC News) – A woman was stabbed Sunday afternoon on East Fayette Street. The victim is in stable condition.

In  a release, the Syracuse Police Department said that a 27-year old woman walked-in to University Hospital with injuries. The woman had been stabbed multiple times in the torso. Originally, the victim was listed in critical condition, but after care from the staff at University Hospital, she was listed in stable condition.
