Few people were out on campus.
Tomorrow will be very different.
Syracuse Men’s Basketball will be back in The Dome!
Tonight’s game will be the first of SU’s regular season.
Last year’s squad complied a record of (20-14)…
but lost in the First Round of the NCAA Tournament.
The Orange will host No.11 Virginia
UVA won the National Championship last year.
SU is excited to play the Cavaliers early in the year.

“I love it. I mean, it’s competition from the start. We don’t want an easy opponent to start off the game. We want a tough opponent like that. It’s a perfect way to start the season, set the tone and we’ll know from that game going forward what we need to work on and what we can improve.”

This is the first time SU opens the season against a conference foe.
A national champ has not opened with a true road game since 1967.
‘Cuse last defeated a defending national champ in 2016 (Duke).
Tipoff is scheduled for 9pm.
