By Tyler Aki SYRACUSE, N.Y. (NCC News)- A fire broke out at a vacant home at 218 Jasper St. in Syracuse early Monday morning.
Firefighters were called to the scene at 12:45 a.m. on Monday, according to Syracuse Fire Investigator Lt. Brian Sheerin.
Nobody was injured from the fire. The cause of the fire is still unknown and the incident is still under investigation.
Fire crews only worked on the outside of the home because of the unpredictability of a vacant home. The fires were heaviest in the back of the house, according to Sheerin.
