The discussion surrounding E-Cigarettes leads the headlines on this Monday, September 23. With World Lung Day approaching on Wednesday, there are those who support Governor Cuomo’s flavored e-cigarette ban, but other small business owners may be adversely affected.
Today also marks the beginning of National Diaper Need Awareness week, and the C-N-Y Diaper Bank continues to look for donations. As of now, the group distributes 80,000 diapers a month to low-income families in the area.
The Emmy awards were last night as well, and Game of Thrones took the top prize after its run on HBO ended earlier this year.
