The Rosamond Gifford Zoo had a ‘Teddy Bear Clinic’ today.
St. Joseph’s Health sponsored the clinic. On this day off from school, the zoo invited children to bring their stuffed animals to the ‘Friendly Clinic’ for a checkup. The St. Joseph’s Medical Staff says they enjoy interacting with the community and inspiring the younger generations to not fear healthcare providers.
