What Syracuse Students Love about Fall Syracuse Students' Favorite Parts of Fall

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (NCC NEWS) –  As the calendar approaches the end of September, fall is officially here. Syracuse students explained what they love so much about the season.

Syracuse’s mascot might be an orange, but some students seemed to be very fond of apples.

“My favorite part of fall is apple picking,” said one student.

When asked about her favorite place to go apple picking, she recommended Beak and Skiff in Fayetteville.

“My favorite part about fall is honestly the apples. Honey crisps are very good,” said another student.

For other students though, the best part of fall is the cooler weather that comes with it.

“I think my favorite part about fall is the fact I can wear jeans without sweating through all of them,” said another student.

Other parts of fall that students chose included tailgates before SU football games, as well as leaves changing colors.
